Resnick Succession Group focuses on assuring that its clients protect their businesses and non-business assets from legally avoidable taxes and family conflict. We intently listen to our clients explain what they are looking to accomplish and make certain that the planning we implement aligns with their objectives. Many times, successful business owners and entrepreneurs don't realize that planning that is already in place may not be structured for optimal effectiveness, until we've met with them and reviewed the existing plan.
RSG has a client base that ranges in annual revenue from $3 million to over $1 billion and prides itself on building meaningful relationships. We work to understand what is important. We work closely with our clients' other advisors – business succession/estate planning attorney, CPA , valuation specialist to provide a comprehensive team approach to place our clients in the best possible positions. We also have professional relationships with premier advisors throughout the United States and pair them with clients who don't feel as if they're best represented in those areas. Periodic reviews with our clients is very important, as it provides reminders of the planning we've implemented based on their objectives.
